Often in life people experience barriers or issues that leave them feeling overwhelmed, isolated and unable to cope. I appreciate you being here, as therapy is a courageous step in discovering what support you may need in building a life you feel is worth living. I am passionate about creating a warm, empathetic environment where people can safely explore what is bringing them to therapy. I believe therapy can be an opportunity for people to re-connect and grow into their authentic selves, gently fostering desired healing and growth. I welcome each person to arrive to our space exactly as they are!
